In addition to our general sales and letting
operations, we provide a wide range of services to property owners in the
region. We can look after all the tedious little administrative details. In
particular, we can arrange for absentee owners to have complete peace of mind
about the security and maintenance of their houses during their absence. We can
even arrange to let out your house to our responsibility during the period when
you do not want to use it yourself.
- We provide a complete service advising on and /or looking after all
the details involved in home ownership.
We can help you to deal with:
* Insurance coverage for the home and contents, cars and civil liability;
* Introduction to potential mortgage lenders;
* Any requirements and/or queries of the Ayuntamiento (Town Hall) and
other regulatory authorities regarding your home here;
* Settlement of local payments for utilities (phone, electricity, water etc) and
for maintenance services;
* Any annoying, time consuming little problems that may pop up unexpectedly. We
do not have much experience with sort of things as these events are quite rare
but we are keen to help you in every way.
- We can help to ensure that your home ownership is as hassle-free as possible by
offering ad hoc assistance or an annual maintenance contract which can include
all or any of the following services:
* REGULAR CHECK-UPS
During you absence from your home, we can visit the property
regularly. We will check for early signs of any potential problem as a result of
weather or ageing, see that the house is properly ventilated, ensure that
security systems are in place and operational and in the event of extreme
weather we ensure that the fabric of the house is secure, turning on your
internal heating when necessary, etc.
* CLEANING
We can arrange for your home to be serviced by reliable and efficient cleaners.
This can be arranged as a permanent service (every day, or once or twice or
more
per week) or as a casual service (for example, we have arrangements with many
absentee owners to clean the house the day before the owners' arrival and the
day
after their departure).
* RENTING YOUR PROPERTY
Some home-owners prefer to rent out their properties here when they are not in
occupation themselves. During the summer months, rentals can generate sufficient
income to cover the entire running costs of the home for year. We can provide
reliable
tenants prepared to pay excellent rental rates for your home, together with
check-up,
cleaning and maintenance services.
* GARDENING
We provide complete garden services- everything from garden design, construction
and
maintenance.
* TECHNICAL SERVICES
In addition to the general maintenance service, we can also
supervise all desired technical services: plumbing, electrical, carpentry,
painting, masonry, extensions, etc.
* BUILDING SERVICES
You may wish to buy land to build your own particular Dream Home.
We usually have some listings for buildable land and we also have a
register of up coming urbanisation and new home. We can help you
find the perfect plot of land for your new home. We also have a service
to help you with the selection of the right builder for you and a project
management service to oversee any new construction according to your
requirements.
Maintenance service offers you complete peace of mind in your
absence. We visit the property frequently to check for early signs of potential
damage such as flooding & ventilation and we check all the security.Our annual contract enables you to leave your property in good
hands and we arrange cleaning on the day before your arrival.
